When your store is onboarded to Vori Payments, CardPointe sends you a welcome email to create your merchant account. Follow the steps below to complete your setup. ✏️ Note: The account you create during this process is the same account you’ll use to log in to CardPointe going forward — save your credentials somewhere safe.

Step 1: Sign your application

Check your inbox for a welcome email from CardPointe. Open it and click the Sign My Application link. ⚠️ Caution: If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact Vori Support for help resending it.

Step 2: Create your login

You’ll be directed to the CardPointe portal to create a username and password. Save these credentials — you’ll use them every time you log in.

Step 3: Complete your application

Once logged in, you’ll see four steps to complete. Work through each one in order, finishing with your digital signature.
