Introduction

Your loyalty analytics show you who your regulars are and how their habits change once they join. Use them to see what’s working, spot where members shop more, and decide where to focus your rewards. Keeping the shoppers you already have costs less than winning new ones, and these numbers help you do exactly that.

Where to find Loyalty Insights

  1. In Back Office, select Loyalty & Marketing, then Loyalty in the left menu.
  2. Select the Insights tab.

Loyalty overview metrics

The top of the page shows your current total members, the combined points balance across all members, and the average points balance. Filter by date range to focus on the period you care about. It looks for shoppers with a unique card fingerprint who made at least one purchase both before and after they enrolled.

Basket and frequency lift

These charts compare average basket size and orders per year before and after shoppers join your loyalty program.

Member metrics

See total sign-ups, average orders per member, and orders per returning member for the date range you select.

Points

The line graph shows points earned and points redeemed each day. The pie chart breaks down total points redeemed by loyalty reward.

Members vs. non-members

These charts compare loyalty members and non-members across basket size, order count, and net sales.
