Resetting the scanner scale may be necessary if you frequently see the Scale Not Ready error.
Steps:
Tap
Scale Not Readyin the top right corner of the POS screenSelect Reset Scanner Scale; this can take up to a minute.
When the reboot is complete, you should hear a reboot sound and the scale will be set back to 0.00lb
