Campaign messages are a great way for a store to engage their loyal shoppers. With this feature, you'll be able to send SMS messages & coupons to all of your customers that have signed up for your loyalty program.
To get started, navigate to the Campaigns page.
Automated Campaigns
Automated campaigns are a powerful engage tool that only requires a one-time setup by the store. Once enabled, Vori does all the work to ensure that qualifying members get your messages based on meeting certain criteria (such as a number of visits, or an anniversary). We have pre-filled the campaign templates with our suggested offers and messages to help simplify the setup even further. Even though we’ve provided suggested text and offers, you can still adjust each one to better fit your preferences.
To start, you can turn any campaign on or off using the toggles.
Note: Vori tracks shopper frequency, average basket size, and sign up date.
Welcome Message
Customers receive this automated message upon enrollment in your loyalty program. Within this message, you can include free items or discounts. You can customize this message but we recommend you keep the last sentence "Message & data rates apply. Text STOP to opt-out" as this will help you avoid getting flagged for sending spam by the mobile carrier networks.
Explore the store
Vori's marketing AI will issue coupons that are tailored to drive shoppers to spend more than they typically do. Coupon rates and frequencies have been pre-configured; stores simply need to select from the available options. The goal of this campaign is to increase customers' basket sizes and gradually shift their purchasing habits over time.
Come back
This message can help businesses effectively re-engage with their customers, potentially improve customer retention, and drive sales. Messages will be sent according to the duration of the shopper’s absence from the store and will include a coupon offer. You can choose between a dollar amount or a percentage discount, and enter a minimum spend required to qualify for the discount (optional).
Anniversary
Shoppers will receive this message on the anniversary of their signup date to the loyalty program. You can include a free item or transaction discount.
Custom Messages
In addition to automated campaigns, you can also create your own unique campaign messages. These are best used to highlight things happening in the store (ex. vendor days, or block parties). With a custom message, you can set the timing for message delivery, customize your message, and attach images and coupons.
Steps:
To create a custom message, tap onto Create Message
in the top right hand corner.
Send Date & Time: Choose when messages are delivered to loyalty members (Refer to the notes at the bottom of the page for details)
Name: Give your campaign a name for easy identification

Add Image: Upload pictures from your computer or use the image search tool to add more visual context. After selecting an image, you have the option to Preview or Remove the picture. (max file size 700 KB)

Opting Back In
If a customer has opted out of receiving SMS campaigns messages by texting STOP, they can opt back in by texting START to the same number.
Additional Notes:
The optimal time to send SMS messages is generally from 10 AM to 2 PM. Messages default to 12 PM but can be changed.
Carrier networks often impose quiet hours—typically from 8 PM to 8 AM—to prevent marketing messages from disrupting recipients during late or early hours.
