Restart POS App on Cashier Display
Ensure you are logged into the POS app.
Click the settings icon in the bottom right corner.
A menu will appear; select "Restart App."
Confirm your selection on the pop-up screen.
Once the Vori app restarts, you'll be taken back to the login screen where you'll need to input your PIN.
Note: If asked for the Version Number of the POS app, it's visible in the pop-up menu of the settings icon before you click restart.
When new updates are available for the Point of Sale (POS), Vori may ask you to restart the Cashier Display.
Restart Mac Mini
Restart from the home screen
3 finger swipe to the right to exit out of the POS screen
Tap Apple logo in top left
Select
Restart
System will take a few minutes to come back up and will prompt you to enter password
Password: 654321
Power on/off manually
You might need to use this option is your screen is frozen or unresponsive.
Locate the Mac mini under the counter, press and hold power button
System will shut off and will be back up within a few minutes and will prompt you to enter password

Restart Shopper Display
To refresh the Shopper app, simultaneously tap all four corners of the monitor.
The app will disappear, showing the main background screen, and then restart.
The Shopper display will automatically reopen with the new version downloaded
When new updates are available for Point of Sale (POS), Vori may ask you to restart the Shopper Display.
