You are be able to Activate/Reactive and Deactivate items in your product list from both the Vori Dash back office and the VoriOS handheld.
In the Vori Dash Back Office
Steps:
Activate Items
Navigate to My Products page
You will need to change the filter status to Inactive (our system automatically filters to items that are currently active)
Find the item -> click on the carrot
Select
ReactivateItem should now be Active in your product catalog
To confirm that an item is Active, scroll to the right of My Products page and look at the Status column.
Deactivate Items
Navigate to My Products page
Use the Search bar to find item you want to deactivate
Find the item -> click on carrot
Select
DeactivateItem should now be Inactive in your product catalog.
On the Handheld
Activate Items
Login on the Handheld
Search by name, barcode, etc or Scan the barcode
If an item is inactive, there will be a red Inactive icon at the top. To make the item active, scroll all the way down and select
Activate. The item should now appear with a green Active icon.
Deactivate Items
Login on the Handheld
Search by name, barcode, etc or Scan the barcode
If an item is active and you want to deactivate it, scroll all the way down and select
Deactivate. The item should now appear with a red Inactive icon.
