Viewing Loyalty Members in the Back Office

How to check loyalty members, point balance, and order history.

When a customer joins the Loyalty Program, you will be able to view all their metrics here. Reviewing customer loyalty can help you understand more about your shoppers and answer any questions they may have about their point balances.

Click onto the Loyalty page on the left hand side navigation

Members

In this tab you will get a list of all your members. You can search by their phone number. You will be able to view their Signup date, Last Visit, Point Balance, Average Spent, and Total Spent.

If you click onto the Member, you can view their Total Visits, Total Spent, and Average Spent. If you hover over a date on the Point or Punch History chart, you will see Earned, Redeemed and Total points for that day.

On the same page, you can also edit their contact information.

If you scroll down, you will be able to view their orders. Clicking View All will take you to the Orders report where you can select the order to see if they redeemed points or punches.
