If an item is not showing as EBT eligible on the EBT SNAP payment screen but it should be, this indicates that it wasn't properly flagged in the back office. To complete the transaction, you can flag the item as EBT eligible directly on the POS screen.
Note: This adjustment will not update the back-end setting; it only applies to the current transaction.
Steps:
Once item is added to the basket, select

Tap
Mark as EBT eligible
Proceed to payment screen
Select EBT SNAP
You should see the updated total reflect in Amount eligible for EBT
