VoriOS now supports issuing physical gift cards!
Issuing a new Gift Card
Steps:
Tap the Gift Card Icon on the bottom bar
Select
PurchaseEnter Gift Card amount, confirm amount
Select
PhysicalGift Card Delivery MethodScan the Gift Card Barcode with the hand scanner
Proceed with transaction and payment
Redeem a Gift Card
Steps (1):
Scan the Physical Gift Card with the hand scanner
Gift cards can be scanned at anytime during the transaction
Balance will be shown in the top left of the screen
Proceed with adding items to the basket
Tap Complete Payment, select Gift Card and confirm the amount.
Steps (2):
Add items to the basket
Tap Complete Payment
Select Gift Card
Scan the barcode on the back of the gift card and confirm the amount.
💡 Pro tip: The current maximum purchase limit for each gift card is $200. If a customer wishes to purchase a gift card for a higher amount, process the remaining amount as a separate transaction as a Top-up.
Additional Notes:
Customers can purchase more than one Physical Gift Card within the same transaction
Currently, we only support physical gift cards with scannable barcodes, not magstripes.
