Creating promotions is a powerful tool to add value to your business. By offering deals and discounts, you can attract a larger volume of customers and incentivize them to make purchases. Our system offers multiple ways of providing offers and deals, making it a dynamic and adaptable platform that can meet your specific needs. Whether you want to offer a percentage discount, a fixed discount, or a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, we've got you covered.

Go to the Promotions tab in the left hand navigation bar to get started building your deals. Once in the Promotion tab, click on Create Promotion to begin.

Select your Start & End dates and name your Promotion name to easily find it again.

Click Add Deal to begin building your Promotions.

Different promotional deal types:

Temporary Price Reduction: This is the most common deal type amongst our retailers, where you are telling your customer that the item they are buying is an exact price (Deal example: All Lays chips are $1.69)

Percent off: This deal allows you to put many SKUs in one deal and have them all be the same % off (Deal example: Chobani Yogurt Line Drive > 20% off all Chobani items)

Buy x, get y: Retailers are able to put multiple SKUs on sale for BOGO deals, but in order for the customer to take advantage of this deal, they will need to buy multiples of the same SKU in order to get the free item (Deal example: buy 3, get 1 for apples and bananas. The customer must buy 3 apples to get the 4th apple free, not 2 bananas and 2 apples)

Mix and match: This is the second most common deal type amongst our retailers, where you are telling your customer that they can buy a multiple of an item in order to unlock a deal (Deal example: Buy 3 Vita Coco Coconut waters for $10. The customer will pay regular price for the first two bottles of Vita Coco but the promotion will kick in once they've reached the threshold of 3 bottles)

Pro tip! Instead of having to add items 1 by 1 to specific deals, you can paste in an entire list of UPCs into the search bar, hit Select All in the top left corner, and the products to the deal

After you've finished building your Promotion and adding all of your desired deals, press Publish in the top right corner. If this promotion is in the future, then it will go live at midnight of the selected start date and will end on the desired end date.

We only allow 1 deal per Barcode, so if you have another item on sale at the time this deal goes live, then an error message saying you have a conflict will be presented at the top. To resolve that conflict, you can pause the deal from the other promotion to allow this deal to start.
