How to customize and saved reporting views

With the Saved Views tool in reporting, users can customize and save different report views. Users can also quickly switch between saved views, and set default favorites to generate when they first open a new report!

Save a Reporting View


Steps:

  1. Choose date range and select desired filters

  2. Tap Saved Views in the top right corner of the report

  3. Enter a title under Name of new view & tap Save

πŸ‘€ Saved views are usable by all back office users within the same store.


Set a New Default Favorite for a Report

Steps:

  1. Tap Saved Views in the top right corner of the report

  2. Tap the β˜† icon next to the Saved view you'd like to set as the new default favorite

πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» Default favorites are unique to each back office user login.


Switch Between Different Saved Views

Steps:

  1. Tap Saved Views in the top right corner of the report

  2. Tap on a Saved View from the list of options

πŸ“‘ Any changes made on an unsaved reporting view will be lost when switching to a saved view.


Delete a Saved View

Steps:

  1. Tap Saved Views in the top right corner of the report

  2. Tap the πŸ—‘οΈ icon next to the Saved View you'd like to delete

  3. Tap Delete on the popup window to confirm the choice

πŸ—‘οΈ Deleted views will be lost across all store users, & cannot be recovered later.

Note:

Saved views is not currently available on all reporting pages.
