Introduction

Order guides help streamline the ordering process by keeping frequently purchased items easily accessible. Vori offers both automatic and manual methods to create and update order guides by vendor.

Automatic creation

Our goal is to make it simple to create and maintain your order guide for each individual vendor. If you received a Vori invite from a vendor, your order guide should automatically include your frequently ordered items already.

Otherwise, the first time you scan and submit an order, those products will be automatically added to your order guide. This same trend will continue for each item ordered that isn't already on your order guide. This ensures you have an updated order guide that properly reflects your purchasing habits.

Manual creation

Our team will gladly upload your paper order guide to get you started on Vori. Please fax it to us, preferably before any on-site training so we can demonstrate using your actual order guide.

If you'd prefer to create the order guide yourself, you can! Here's how to do it:

1. Select a vendor on the homepage.

2. Navigate to the "Catalog" tab at the top - this shows the vendor's entire product list.

3. Using the row at the top, search with any identifiers (name, brand, etc) or key in the item code.

There are two ways to add the item to your order guide:

• Slide left/right on the item row of the search results.

• Click the "Add to order guide" button after visiting the Product Details page.
