This article outlines how to use the catalog and scanning features within the ordering system to add items to an order guide.
Searching the catalog
Your entire vendor's catalog is accessible from the palm of your hand. After clicking "Start Order," you will navigate to the "Catalog" tab at the top. This shows the vendor's entire item directory. You can either search by identifiers (name, brand, etc) or key in the item code.
💡 Tip - Double tapping the number symbol in the search bar will lock your screen as a keypad, making it easy to enter item codes.
Once you find the item you're looking for, there are two ways to add it to your order guide:

Slide left/right on the row item and click "Add To Guide"

Tap the item to view its details and click the "Add To Order Guide" button
Scanning an item
Vori leverages your devices camera to read the barcode on items and store labels. First, scan the item's barcode to see its Product Details. Next, tap "Add to Order Guide" to add the item to your Order Guide. Tap again to remove item from your Order Guide.
✏️ Note - Scanning an item will also add it to Cart. If you are only adding the item to your Order Guide, navigate to your Cart and slide to remove it.
Order submission with novel item
Once you place an order, all items in that order will automatically be added to the bottom of your Order Guide. This allows you to build your Order Guide automatically over time without having to manually add each item.
