How to find and add new vendors

This article explains how to add live vendors to a store's profile and invite new vendors to join Vori.

Introduction 

Customizing the vendor directory helps streamline ordering, build tailored order guides, and improve store operations. Vendors can be added from Vori’s live directory or invited to join if they’re not yet on the platform.

This article shows how to search for vendors, add them to the homepage, and invite new vendors to Vori.

Search and explore vendors

To search for new vendors and browse the live vendor directory:

1. From the homepage, tap the ➕ Add button next to the search bar.

2. View the current list of vendors or enter a name to search Vori’s full directory. 

Add vendors to the homepage

1. Once a vendor is found, tap Select to add them. 

2. Tap Done on the keyboard.

3. Tap Save to confirm and add the vendor to the Your Vendors section on the homepage.

Once added, vendors appear on the homepage with quick access to their catalog, allowing for seamless ordering and guide-building.

Invite new vendors to join Vori

Navigating the vendor directory:
The search bar on the homepage or the Add button can be used to locate new vendors. Both options pull from the same live directory.

Inviting a vendor:
If the button next to a vendor says Request instead of Select, this means the vendor is not yet a Vori customer.

Tapping Request sends a personalized email from Vori inviting the vendor to join and outlining how joining the platform can benefit their relationship with the store.
