Scheduled exports of reports streamline data management processes and contribute to operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Steps:

  1. Select Export button in the top right-hand corner

  2. Schedule an export

  3. Enter email recipient(s)

  4. Choose frequency

  5. Select the day and time you want the export sent

  6. Timezone adjustments are available if needed.

  7. Tap Schedule

The information included in the export will reflect the data selected at the top of the report page.
i.e. Date Range, Lane, Department, Cashier, etc.


Additional Notes

  • Scheduled exports are not available for Orders and End of Day Reports.

  • All scheduled exports will be sent as a PDF attachment.

  • The Scheduled Timezone should correspond to the timezone of the email recipient.
