There are several filters we can use to look for an order in Vori backoffice.

Go to Reporting page on left-hand navigation, and click onto Orders. This video will show you two ways to get to the Orders page.

This is page will give you an overview of all your orders to date.

Search by Order ID

This option is useful for when you have the receipt in hand to find and search by the Order ID.

In this example, I will be looking for Order ID OFC1718313640

Search by Add Filter

  • Amount: If you know either the exact amount or range, use this option.

    • Exact amount: Set Min & Max to the transaction amount you are looking for. Click Apply.

    • Range: If you don't know the exact amount but you do know the range, set Min and Max accordingly. This option will bring up all orders within the amounts entered.

  • Date: If you know the date range, use this option.

    • Select Start and End date. Click Apply. This will bring up all orders within the date range chosen.

  • Lanes: If you know which Lane/Register the transaction was completed at, use this option.

  • Cashiers: If you know which cashier completed the transaction, use this filter.

  • Status: If applied, this filter will show you transactions that are Paid, Partially Refunded, or Refunded.
