If you have a large dataset that needs updating quickly, you can make bulk product updates directly in Vori. Unlike legacy POS systems, you can filter your data and take direct action within My Products, without having to download your data to an Excel document.
Steps:
Navigate to My Products via the left hand navigation bar.
To refine your data set, Add Filters or adjust the columns to narrow down the data.
How to update a filtered dataset.
Tap
Select products to take actionin the top left hand corner of the table. (To confirm you selected all items in the table, scroll to the bottom of the dataset)Select
Bulk Updatefound the middle of the screenSelect a field from the drop-down. Our system allows for multiple fields to be updated at the same time.
Tap
Bulk update # productsOnce complete, a green notification will appear at the bottom of the page stating: The # of products in this catalog have been changed.
Important Note: Since there's no undo option, it's best to refine your search criteria as much as possible before proceeding with bulk updates.
Additional Notes:
For large updates, the submit button may say "Updating" for a few minutes before indicating any progress (e.g 10%). Users should open a new tab to work on other tasks while the updates are in progress.
