There are three ways to upload new invoices:
Automatic ingestion (only available for select vendors)
Bulk or single uploads
Spreadsheet import
Bulk upload is the most commonly used method.
Ensure the invoice is already scanned onto your computer or available from your email so it can be imported and uploaded into Vori.
To upload invoices manually, navigate to the Invoices
tab and click the New Invoice
button at the top left of the page. From there, you can choose either Bulk Upload
or Import via Spreadsheet
.
You can either click into the upload box to make your selection or drag and drop files directly into it. You can upload up to 12 invoices at once. Finally, click Upload File
to complete the process.
The very first upload and ingestion of a vendor's data will take the longest, as the machine learning system is training during this process. Subsequent uploads will be faster as the system retains the information.
