Open a new tab in the browser and attempt to navigate to a common website
If the internet for the computer is confirmed to be online, proceed to the next sections
Clear Browsing Data
Depending on the web browser being used, follow the instructions below:
Chrome
Safari
Firefox
For directions on other web browser, search for how to clear the browsing data of that specific browser.
