# How to troubleshoot when the Back Office isn’t loading

> If a page on app.vori.com isn't loading, or only loading partially, have the store user follow these instructions

### Introduction

This article outlines troubleshooting steps to follow when the Back Office fails to load, starting with checking the internet connection and clearing browser data.

### **Check if the internet is on**

* Open a new tab in the browser and attempt to navigate to a common website.

**If the internet for the computer is confirmed to be online, proceed to the next sections**

### **Clear Browsing Data**

Depending on the web browser being used, follow the instructions below:
