# How to schedule a report export
> This article shows how to configure reports to schedule send from Vori Back Office.

### Scheduling an export of a report
1. Select the **Export** button in the top right-hand corner of any reporting page.
2. From the dropdown, select **Schedule recurring email...**.
3. Enter email recipient(s).
4. Choose frequency.
5. Select the day and time you want the export sent.
6. Timezone adjustments are available if needed.
7. Tap `**Schedule**`.
**✏️** **Note -** The information included in the export will reflect the data selected at the top of the report page (i.e. Date Range, Lane, Department, Cashier, etc).

### Additional Notes
* Scheduled exports are not available for **[Orders](/reporting/sales-and-product-performance/advanced-reporting-filtering-customizing-and-saving-report-views)** and **[End of Day Reports](/reporting/daily-and-shift-reports/review-and-print-the-end-of-day-report)**.
* All scheduled exports will be sent as a PDF attachment.
* The **Scheduled Timezone** should correspond to the timezone of the email recipient.
