Introduction

In addition to the Item Sales Report, sales and margins for individual items are available in the Product Details tab. This report includes metrics such as net margin, net sales, and quantities sold within the selected date range. Charts offer a visual overview of these metrics on a weekly basis.​

Viewing sales data from the Products page

  1. In Back Office, navigate to the Products page.
  2. Search for item.
  3. Tap the icon to the far right of the searched product’s row.
  4. In the Product Details tab, select the Sales tab.

Viewing sales data from the Invoices page

  1. In Back Office, navigate to the Invoices page and open the appropriate invoice.
  2. Once the item is mapped or in the Cost Changes field, tap onto the icon.
  3. In the Product Details tab, select the Sales tab.

Viewing transaction history within the Sales tab

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the Net Sales chart to reveal More actions, then select View underlying data.
  2. Find the order you want and select it to open its details.

Exporting the sales data

  1. To export one figure, click the three dots (⋯) in its top-right corner to reveal More actions, then select Download as CSV. For a bar or pie chart, switch it to a table first, then download that table as a CSV.
  2. To export the full Sales view, export it as a PDF in portrait, landscape, or full width.
