# How to access and download CardConnect monthly statements

> This article explains how to search for and view merchant processing statements through CardConnect's web portal

**✏️** **Note -** As of 4/1/25, Vori POS customers are processing card transactions through either Paysafe or CardConnect.

### Directions

1. Navigate to [www.cardpointe.com](https://accounts.cardconnect.com/auth/realms/cardconnect/protocol/openid-connect/auth?response_type=code\&client_id=cardpointe\&scope=openid\&state=bm5v4I8dOgcFDb11js9pcFKaYS0AyDJkm9gmIftG8Rk%3D\&redirect_uri=https://www.cardpointe.com/account/login/oauth2/code/cardpointe\&nonce=j4SCP0yu5-AmdHPYkWnmKt0fKF4a-ePNJx0GytyNyu8)

2. Enter login credentials to the CardPointe Portal.

   1. If you do not remember username/email address used for 2-Factor-Authorization, call CardPointe customer support at **1-877-274-7915.**

   2. Say "Help with login" to the automated phone service.

   3. Have MerchantID ready.

3. Once you are logged in, tap onto the `Reporting` page.

4. Select `Statements` tab.

5. Choose and download the statement for the desired month.
