Monitor and Edit Inventory on the Product Details Page

Learn how to manage and monitor your inventory data directly from the Back Office Product Details page.

Manage your inventory numbers and track the history of every change directly from the Product Details page in the Back Office.

The Product Details page provides two key views:

  • A quick snapshot of your stock levels.
  • A detailed audit log of inventory movement.

The Inventory Card

To view the current status of an item, navigate to the Product Details on any product page. Scroll to the bottom right to find the Inventory card.

This card provides a quick snapshot of:

  • On Hand: The current quantity of the product on the shelf. You can manually edit this number directly in this box.

    • This is a Set action, meaning it overwrites the previous number completely. It does not add or subtract from the existing count.
