How to provide printed POS order information for older transactions

This article explains how to search and print older POS orders that may not be receipt-printed from the POS.

Introduction

The POS system retains order information for only 35 days.

Therefore, any orders placed more than 35 days ago cannot be searched for or have their receipts printed directly from the POS. This article will show how to locate the order in the Back Office and generate a transaction log for customers who need a receipt.


Step-by-step directions

  1. Log into dash.vori.com.
  2. On the lefthand menu, select Point of Sale and select Orders from the exposed menu.
  3. On the Orders page, use one of the two methods below to locate the desired transaction:
    1. Enter the Order ID# in the search bar on the top right corner of the page.
    2. Use the Add Filter + button to apply a combination of filters to find the order.
  4. Click directly on the Order to open its page.
  5. Use the web browser's print feature to print a view of the Order.
