Please pair the Zebra printer exclusively through the VoriOS app. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on, but avoid connecting the device through Bluetooth settings, as this may disrupt the connection.
Steps:
Ensure the Zebra printer is turned on
Open the VoriOS app and enter login credentials.
Scroll to the right, tap onto Add Zebra Printer
Select Start Printer Setup
When you see a "Ready to Scan" message appear, tap the iPhone against the NFC logo (on the left side of the printer)
After you hear a beep, this screen will open, prompting you to Hold the printer feed button until the Bluetooth icon starts flashing
Once you see the icon flashing on the printer, tap
Bluetooth icon is flashing
on the iPhoneAllow up to 10 seconds for the iPhone and Zebra printer to pair. (If it doesn’t connect the first time, try again)
On the iPhone -Bluetooth Pairing Request will popup, select Pair
On the printer - BT Pairing Event will popup, select Accept by pressing the home button in the upper left hand corner.
Once the devices have paired, you will need to set the label settings for your location. Refer to the charts down below.
NorCal Settings:

Note: If you are switching in between Promotional and Retail labels to print, you will see a popup reminding you to switch your tags upon switching batches.
Additional Notes:
If experiencing issues with printing labels (e.g. 2 labels printing for 1 item or labels are misaligned during printing);
