When to Clear Cache
Clearing the cache is a helpful first step when you encounter general data inconsistencies or "glitches" within the VoriOS app. You should try this if:

Barcodes are not on file: You scan a known item, but the app doesn't recognize it.

Loading issues: Tools, pages, or menus are not loading as expected or appear blank.

Syncing errors: Data updated in the Back Office isn't showing up on the handheld.
How to Clear Cache
Follow these steps on your handheld device to refresh your local data.

Open the Vori OS app.

Tap the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
