Troubleshooting
What if the ESL doesn’t pair right away?
-
Make sure the ESL is registered and within range of an access point.
-
Try scanning the tag again or restarting the app if it stalls.
-
Check for typos when entering product codes manually.
What if the ESL displays a question mark?
- This means the product you’re trying to link isn’t listed in your store’s product file.
- Check that the product is on file in dash.vori.com under your store catalog.
- If it is, try manually entering the product code in the Vusion Link app instead of scanning.
✏️ Note: Products not on file cannot be linked to an ESL. Make sure the item exists in your catalog before retrying.
