View & Edit Loyalty Member Data
Learn how to view and edit Loyalty member data, such as account details, point balance, and order history, in the Back Office.
Introduction
When a customer joins the Loyalty Program, all of their metrics may be reviewed in Back Office. Reviewing customer loyalty provides insight into shopper behavior and helps answer questions about point balances.
Navigating to the Loyalty Members tab
- In Back Office, select
Shopper Loyaltyon the lefthand menu. - Select Members from the dropdown options.

Searching for a Loyalty member
Use the search bar at the top left of the Members tab to search for a Loyalty member by their phone number.

Viewing the details of a Loyalty member
Click on the row of a Loyalty member to open the account page.
Within the account detail page, the following information may be reviewed:
- Account Shopping Data - total visits, average spend, total spend, and point/punch balance.
- Point / Punch History - Historical record of the point / punch accruals and spend for the account.
- Contact Information - Name, phone, and email.
- Orders - Links to the transaction details of all orders linked to the account.
✏️ Note - The contact information for a Loyalty member may be edited by clicking Edit within the Contact section of the account's page.
Modifying a Loyalty member's point balance
To modify the point balance of a Loyalty member's account, follow the directions below:
- On the Loyalty member's account page, select
Modify Balanceon the top right corner of the page. - Enter the number of points to modify the balance.
- To add to balance - Enter a positive number to add points.
- To subtract from balance - Enter a negative number to subtract points.
- Write a memo note under
Reason for Adjustment. - Select
Update Balanceto update to commit the balance change.

✏️ Note - Loyalty member point balances can only be modified in Back Office.
Notes
- Currently, Loyalty members cannot be deleted from the system; however, the loyalty member may opt out of marketing messages at any time by texting back 'STOP'.
