How to use bulk edit feature in My Products to adjust large dataset of items

Bulk updates are typically applied across a filtered set of products on the My Products page. To apply filters, click the Add Filters + at the top left of the page.

💡 Tip - Filters can be used to help apply bulk updates across product brands, departments, and more.

How to select products to be bulk updated

Product selection can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Manual selection - Check the square on the far left of the product's row to select it for bulk updating. At least two products must be selected for the Bulk Update prompt to appear.
  2. Select all - Check the square at the top left of the product table to select all products.

✏️ Note - Only products matching all applied filters will be selectable for bulk updates.


How to apply a bulk update


  1. Once two or more products are selected using one of the two options listed above, a prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen

    1. The displayed prompt shows the number of products that will be bulk update

  2. Click the Bulk Update button on the prompt window.
  3. Select a field from the drop-down to be updated, and enter the information that field will be updated to.
  4. Once all fields have been filled out, select Bulk Update # Products on the Bulk Update window.

✏️ Note - For especially large updates, the submit button may say Updating for a longer than expected. Users should open a new tab to work on other tasks while the updates are in progress.

⚠️ Caution - Bulk updates to not have an undo feature. Be sure the search criteria are as refined as possible before proceeding with bulk updates.
