Hardware Reset

First, make sure the scanner is sufficiently charged. Assuming there's no power issue, please continue:

  • Close out the Vori app by double clicking the home button and swiping up on the app's screen.

  • Hold down the large scan button, then press the small power button until you hear 3 beeps.

  • Go into your iOS device's settings and toggle Bluetooth off.

  • Scan this barcode to do a factory reset:

  • After, the scanner will play several tones and then will automatically turn off.

  • Press the small power button until the scanner turns on (you'll hear 2 beeps) and scan this barcode to put the scanner in iOS Mode (make sure you hear 3 beeps after scanning this barcode):

  • After you hear the 3 beeps, go to Settings → Bluetooth and turn it back ON. Tap on Socket CHS then tap Pair and wait for it to connect.

  • Open the Vori app and select a vendor. If you hear a beep from the device after this, it should be connected. Press the large scan button to scan items.
