How to bulk print Tags on the Vori OS app

This article explains how to print groups of tags on the store handheld.

Introduction

When printing tags from the Vori OS app, batches of tags may be printed in two ways:

1. Recent Updates: Select all product changes within a department to be printed at once.
2. Bulk Action: Manually create a list of products on the Vori Os app, then print them all at once.

Using Recent Updates to bulk print tags

1. Log in to the Vori OS app.

   1. Make sure the Zebra Printer is connected.

2. Make sure recent updates have been synced from Back Office to the handheld.

   

3. Select Tags at the top left corner.

   

4. Under Pending you'll see tags that haven't been printed yet. Click on 🕓Recent Updates to get to the items you need to print.

5. Tap the 🖨️ icon next to the Department Header to print all tags for that department.

6. Tap Yes, print on the prompt to confirm the selection.

Using Bulk Actions to bulk print tags

1. Log in to the Vori OS app.

   1. Make sure the Zebra Printer is connected.

2. Make sure recent updates have been synced from Back Office to the handheld.

   

3. Select Bulk Actions.

   

4. Scan items with the hand scanner.

5. Select Print All (#).
