How to reset a Back Office password
This article explains how to reset the password of a back office account is forgotten or needs to be changed.
✏️ Note - Vori does not store user passwords.
Steps
If a store user forget's their password to dash.vori.com, they can follow these steps:

On the login page, select
Forgot your password?

Enter the email address for the account, then select
Send password reset instructions

Check the email inbox of the account for instructions on how to reset the password
