How to reset a Back Office password

This article explains how to reset the password of a back office account is forgotten or needs to be changed.

Steps

If a store user forget's their password to dash.vori.com, they can follow these steps:

• On the login page, select Forgot your password?

  

• Enter the email address for the account, then select Send password reset instructions

  

• Check the email inbox of the account for instructions on how to reset the password
