# Connect Xero

> Connect Vori to your Xero organization so you can sync daily sales and vendor bills.

Connecting Xero is self-service and secure. You never share your Xero credentials with Vori. Your login happens on Xero's own site.

### Connect

1. In the Back Office, go to **Integrations → Accounting Sync** and click **Connect** on Xero.
2. You're redirected to Xero, where you sign in and authorize Vori's access. Your credentials are entered on Xero's site and are never seen or stored by Vori.
3. If you have more than one Xero organization, select the one you want Vori to sync with.
4. You're returned to Vori. The connection card shows the connected organization name and status.
5. Vori runs a first chart-of-accounts pull, so [mapping](/accounting-integrations/gl-account-mapping) can begin.

### Disconnect

You can disconnect at any time from the same page, and you can revoke Vori's access directly inside Xero. Disconnecting stops all future pushes. Bills and manual journals already posted to Xero remain, because they're now Xero records.

✏️ **Note:** In Xero, the store dimension Vori tags entries with is a **Tracking Category**, rather than the Class or Location used in QuickBooks. Set this under **Accounting → GL Code Mapping** if you run several stores from one Xero organization. A banner can have one accounting system connected at a time — Xero and QuickBooks can't run simultaneously.
